Hi Anindito,

I like what you did with the inverted logo. Could we see one less 3-d in the icon and with more emphasis placed on the Workplace Excellence rather than on the advisor?

Thanks amayadori. It still seems to look 3-d. Can you flatten it? Maybe remove the lines in each shape? Also, can you try Tahoma typeface with it?
