My design represents a target (symbolizing the goals you want to achieve) while the left leg of the A points directly in the middle of the target.
From that target comes an upward arrow (suggesting growth).

I like the creativity and fresh approach, but keep trying. I don't like either one, but I think you have potential here. I can give feedback in 8 hours.

By the way, great thought process. I appreciate the concept, but keep working on a way to communicate it. I like the boldness of the Action and how it stands out. The A reminds me of an "A frame" house or teepee.

270-273 I like the boldness. The problem is the arrow, very clever, but 2 arrows going opposite will represent confusion. Maybe drop the arrows?
