I work with both men and female and actually the females are the ones I deal with more often. I have a team of all female and I too am female. I don’t mind having a slightly more femanine logo. I am a strong successful women and I would like that conveyed in my logo so I would appreciate if you could try and make a few adjustments.

I like the lettering on this one better. was wondering if the bee hive could be mostly black white and gray and then maybe one or two hexagons in red and then the bee have just 1 red stripe.
