The color seems to be faded with the gold and the silver, can you unfade so that everything is more readable.

Can you remove the left monogram?

Two thoughts,

maybe, the hard lines with "the" and "home team" make them faded so the lines aren't so hard.

and maybe remove the line at the top...

I like the style and concept of this one, although it’s a little boxy and simple. I wonder what it would like with shaded intials within it.
