Like the idea of using the shape of the pita but it would have to be separated from the name in order to work with our sign. Need a rectangular logo

Maybe "that's a" then the word "pita" inside the pita circle? Curious to see. Also, would want the colour of the pita bread to be brownish beige as opposed to orange.

Sorry, i wasn't liking it very much and that's why i tried #53 #54.

I just uploaded #57 #58 with Pita shape in beige. Let me know if this is what you're thinking of.

Going to work on it a bit more to see if i can do better.

Curious about 57. What about black background and "that's a" in a bright colour? "Pita" still in black

I still like 58 the most. Can you play around with different fonts. Maybe a bold font as opposed to script? I'd like to see some type of separation between "thats" and "a" to make it clear from a distance.

Sorry not necessarily separation but some distinction between the two words. Maybe to underline the word "thats" with a bold colour.

I´m sorry, but it was really impossible for me to work on it yesterday, but today i have more time for it.

I just uploaded a variation on it #104 and #105, like you suggested, but i'm still working on other fonts and variations.

I still like 58 but can you try the font abril fat face instead? And need that "a" to stand out more. Like a bright colour watermelon or lime colours. (For the "a"only)
