Not sure about the house frames around the letters. I think it makes the logo too busy.

I like #26. This approach is much improved over #12.

sorry I need to take out these designs just learned MLS has almost the same logo so I am working on a replacement for you.

I liked the one you took out. But I like #38 and #39 too. Good job.

if you want more versions on this I can do but this one works so well for print/embroider and I know you like more clean look.

I am sorry, the fourth rank logo is the one that looks to close to Multiple Listing Service and I think I put it back by acident when cleaning off the board.
