I like it, but a little less modern, and make the Risk Management Services a little larger

Here is the design with Risk Management a little larger. Can you clarify what you mean by "less modern"? Do you mean you want the compass rose less modern and more traditional? Thank you for the feedback!

Try 36 without the shadow under the compass... I like 37 but with darker font color
