Perhaps you could do one without Terra Mater Group and only have the logo's with Strategy Consultants below the graph and knight. SO, just the TMG, arrow and Knight with the strategy consultants below

This one is more inline with what we were thinking. Maybe have the arrow in orange?

I like the layout. I think I'd like to see the colors in the chart be one color instead of the two different blues. I think the contrast of the arrow should be in a different blue. Also, the knight/horse is a bit odd with the lighter blue line going through it. The base can be the lighter blue.

Perhaps you could make the arrow the light blue and the chart dark blue. Then, the horse light blue and the base dark blue.

Just some thoughts but I like the variety.

Are there any comments about fonts, colors, and layout?
