We still need to define the "T" that is formed inside the column. The middle vertical post can connect to the first horizontal line on the top to form the "T"

We may want to see this changed a bit. The "T" in the top of the column could be a slightly lighter blue. Additionally, the "swoosh" going across could be an actual arrow in orange

Interesting. I like the contrast. I noticed something in the pillar. There is a "T" and an "M" in there. Perhaps we could play around with the colors to see if it can be slightly more defined?

I like the overall design. I think incorporating orange into it might make some good contrast.
