Will do.
There is another logo we are looking at that incorporates a bull into the chin and chest of the horse. It's kid of cool and has been catching the eye of our team. However, we still like your circle logo and this one.

Please check for this one, taller horse and bar chart, also make head of arrow bigger. This is uncommon arrow style, where only one side arrow to give soft feeling and quick move.

I think we are getting close on this one. We think that the whole horse & column combo could be elongated. Meaning, taller to define the column a bit better and extenuate the true look of a chess piece. Also, can you make the white arrow head a bit larger or more defined? I like the subtle feeling of it but the team thinks they'd like to see it a bit more prevalent.

We have a few team members that like this logo. The horse head still is odd to me. I like the chart inlay and arrow. Perhaps when we get to the next phase I can share some horse head designs and bases that we all like better.
