Overall look is very attractive. this logo will be used on signs that people need to see as they drive by in their car, so can you make the overall logo more bold or maybe outline text to help stand out? i will leave in your creative hands but it needs just a bit of focus to help stand out.

Hello again,

here are some new looks... overall I thought the type reads very well... the mixed weights on the type help create this & give it a modern appeal... the color interplay in the type works well here because it plays into the logomark so personally speaking: I like it...

with that said, if your open to going with a deep gray it would offset it from the logomark itself a little better... a deep gray would also convey a strong, corporate appeal... I think it also works very well here...

I'm liking the last two with the type stacked... the brand name has a very bold appeal and shows very prominently...

overall I think it has a unique, creative, and timeless vibe... which is the most important aspect of branding or re-branding: separating yourself from your competition...

Please shoot me a PM if you'd like to see any further revisions... thanks again for your time ;)

oops... also forgot to mention that I rounded out a corner on the T/top of building within the logomark - I thought added a bit more visual interest... Just let me know if you'd like to go back to the original... thanks again...
