I was working with script and interchanging the color. Any combination may be changed if you prefer something over another element.

I will get to that for you,
I pick colors that were warm to represent your area. I think of the colorful sunsets and vivid hues.
The slogan I will use the colors available or complimentary and resubmit that to you.

Here is the variation...to keep in sequence with complimentary color to the vivid purple and not use yellow, I've selected the orange for legibility. The next one the slogan is same the purple color, trying to avoid the previous neutral gray as previously, unless you want a darker gray or black on your slogan. Although consider black may be too much contrast. Depending on whether or not you want 4 color process or fewer spot colors for printing it can be adjusted at that time.
