I don't know why this isn't standing out to me

I love this. The object I am looking for is for this logo to be identifiable like Target or Wendy's or McDonald's. Those logos are stand alone. If I strip away the verbiage then I want people to think Dee Langley. I would like my name to be a little more prominent but again I LOVE this logo.
