I heard about it from a friend who used it for their Bat Mitzvah logo! 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #20 Withdrawn by the way did Amy Asin suggest Logo Tournament to you? (she is with URJ) curious - her logo was done on this site. 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #20 Withdrawn depends on how you use it... I think underlined is less "emphasis" but maybe more tasteful - you will use the logo in many ways. sometimes with just the star - sometimes with the tag line and sometimes not. Once you get one main version then you will probably want several options - that will happen after the contest is over. I hope we can work together going forward too! Carol 8 years ago Nuss commented on #20 Withdrawn which do you like better, experiences underlined or highlighted? 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #19 Withdrawn OK 8 years ago Nuss commented on #19 Withdrawn love it! I think I like this one, but can we see it with the "experience" underlined instead of colored. Love it, very cool!! 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #19 Withdrawn the tree reworked. there is a shin in the top branches. and a pomegranate and the colors are done a little differently. still 18 leaves. Thought to add 2 branches to make 7 but that would be too busy. 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #18 Withdrawn Pomegranate added the symbol of the commandments etc... will need to think about the shin more. maybe rework the tree branches for an abstract Shin. Not sure... by the way this is my hobby... my company puts logos on merchandise and in print! Carol 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #14 Withdrawn shavua tov 8 years ago Nuss commented on #14 Withdrawn of course , no problem! would love to see the shin and pomegranate! 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #14 Withdrawn yes but tonight - after shabbat please. I do some things but not to earn money - so happy to adjust ... thought about building more symbolism into the tree beyond 18 leaves... but not sure - add a shin or maybe a pomegranate or ? 8 years ago Nuss commented on #14 Withdrawn This is our favorite. Love the font, and the color. Could you do this one with "experience" in the maroon instead of underlined to see what it would look like? 8 years ago Nuss commented on #13 Withdrawn could I see this with maroon and then again with red and with purple. 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #9 Withdrawn Yes... exciting. one of my students asked how many Torahs there are in the world. wow. I will work on this later today ... west coast time. 8 years ago Nuss commented on #11 Withdrawn I like the blue, we are not stuck on gold if you have a better idea for the second color 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #11 Withdrawn thanks ... I will do that when I have a break at work... before shabbat. Carol 8 years ago Nuss commented on #9 Withdrawn yes we are writing a Torah together as a community, very exciting! 8 years ago Nuss commented on #9 Withdrawn instead of highlighting experiences can I see the swoosh underline you used on a different version instead? 8 years ago Nuss commented on #11 Withdrawn Love this! Would like to see it in a couple of different fonts, perhaps pegasus? Would also like to see a different shade of gold, something a little brighter perhaps. 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #5 Withdrawn you can put a link in here or upload it to the brief. 8 years ago Nuss commented on #5 Withdrawn I can send you a pic, but I'm not sure how! It won't let me put it in this box. 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #6 Withdrawn will try a different version of people as a star... but have to go to work now! 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #9 Withdrawn there are 18 leaves on the tree. Will try with other fonts also - if there are specific fonts or colors you like please advise. I saw on your site that you had a sofer visit... I also invited a sofer to my 7th grade class... amazing. 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #5 Withdrawn OK - your current logo is very detailed. would love to see a larger image to determine all of the elements - sure there is much symbolism in it. 8 years ago Nuss commented on #6 Withdrawn possibly highlight "experiences" in tag line? 8 years ago Nuss commented on #8 Withdrawn possibly highlight "experiences" in tag line? 8 years ago Nuss commented on #5 Withdrawn possibly highlight "experiences" in tag line? 8 years ago Nuss commented on #5 Withdrawn Really like this a lot, perhaps with a deeper gold instead of yellow. Love the star with the tree. 8 years ago Nuss commented on #6 Withdrawn like the font, would like to see with a deeper gold rather than yellow, not sure about the lines, feel the star is too juvenile 8 years ago Nuss commented on #7 Withdrawn we don't love this one, a little too plain 8 years ago Nuss commented on #7 Withdrawn Hi, we are in Melville, NY. Our Rabbi likes the arc we have used in the past. Our website is http://www.tbtny.org/ 8 years ago Nuss commented on #8 Withdrawn I like this, but could I see it with a deeper gold, rather than the yellow? I really don't like that yellow. I love the font. 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #7 Withdrawn Please give feedback for direction. Are there any specific symbols that are special to your community? star, shofar, menorah, ner tamid? do you have a specific focus for your community? Thanks. 8 years ago BusinessBuilders commented on #7 Withdrawn Which location are you? I am a member and teach at Beth Am in Los Altos - Carol 8 years ago
