I like the uniqueness of the logo of #2 but it seems a bit futuristic. Logo #1 has a classic feel but is a bit too plain and does not pop out very well. Logo #3 I generally do not like as much because I do not think big block letters works well for the image we are trying to portray.
Can you make a couple other alternate design attempts with #2? I think that style has a lot of potential. Different colors/fonts may make the difference! Maybe a more script type of font would work better with that type of logo. THanks!
