And this is other variations of my design that the main concept is make the "T" look like a bird. This logo consists of 3 shape that represent a empowerment, wellness and motivational.

This is my other design based on your sample reference. This design incorporate the letter T with eagle head and make the T as the wings and tail.

Great sketch!, thanks for all the explanation. We think that this element is awesome, however not for this project or business, we need something more tough. I love the idea of use Aztec symbol for inspiration and the bird meaning. Could you create something more aggressive but simple as well, could be a part of an Aztec or other idea completely different , we would like to see more of your possibilities. Thanks again!

This is my design. The main concept of this design is make a bird that inspired by the Aztec symbol and using golden ratio principles.
I use Aztec symbol for inspirations because your product starting at Mexico.
And the meaning of bird symbol in Aztec is power, strength and courage. These attributes were attached to eagles due to their amazing flying skills, large size and strong nature.
