The font used is a little too harsh. I'd like to see something a little lighter. Also the abstract-ness of the megaphone makes it a little unclear as to what it is to a person seeing it for the first time, which means they are distracted from my message and are instead thinking about "what is that" Lastly, the blue color is a bit too purple.
