The file attached to the brief had two main issues with the first being the arms are too long. The second was I don't like how the body finishes at the bottom. It would be good to see if you could bring the logo forward which would reduce the arm size and lose some of the lower body.
I like #13 better. Could you fill the whole circle with the blue but use the bigger font from #14.
