Hi - I really like this, especially the way the colors fade through the word 'spark'. If there is still time in the contest, could you submit a variation with the box on the left maybe be a little more defined? (maybe a border?) Something to have it stand out as a box if it was used as an avatar and appeared on a white background. Thanks!

great - would you mind just trying a couple with slightly different fonts? Nothing crazy - maybe with a little more weight. I do like the highlight to be on the 'team' part of the name (so the bold)
