I like #11 a lot... its good use of color... I just dont dig the people in there. I wonder what you could come up with substituting professional icons for the people... the main areas we recruit in are healhcare, IT, sales & marketing, accounting/finance. Why not a nursing + sign, something that represents a programmer (maybe a computer), two people shaking hands o represent sales and marketing, and a calculator to represent accounting/finance.... I dont know... just trying to get you back into the game. I like the words you did.
