I like it, but it's missing a logo image. Looking to blend TR with an image (similar to Hydroflask bottle logo) which would signify comfort, confidence, security and peace of mind in the eye of the person looking at it. We don't need to have "Team Russ" spelled out in the logo. Just using TR is good.
