Entry #2 is good - what about a darker green? Entry #1 is interesting because of the same logo, but not sure of the placement Entry #3 maybe arrange like Entry #2, but the green and more contrast between the falcon and the globe... could change it to #1
It is a toss up betwen #10 & #9 - I will need to get feedback from my partners. I also want to make sure they are OK with the color change (from #2)... having the contrast is helpful. I like #11, but would like to see the letters square it off, i.e. the "T" line up with International and the top of the letters match the top height of the logo.
My partners really like #11 as I do as well. Could you square up the letters (don't know if it works) like I suggested before. Also, is there a way to distiguish the outline of the Falcon a bit more? Thanks!
I think the contrast to the falcon is much better on #13. I had something else in mind when I was talking about squaring the letters, but would like my partners to see this new design. Obviously, we are not logo designers - reason we are doing this, so this may work better or all. However, what I had in mind was have the top of the "TDB" letters even with the top of the globe... not sure if scaling the letters will allow that or not? Maybe something to seperate "TDB" from "International LLC"? Again, appreciate your designs! Thanks!
Wow, everytime I give feedback you come up with something else... different than what I was talking about, but all good and makes me think. I am sharing these with my partners to gain feedback.
With that said, in regard to #14, #15 and #16, I like #15 the best.
#15 is now tied with #11 or #13. I like the contrast you did wiht the falcon on #13 the best, even a small bit more between South America and the Falcon would be great, but not too much - don't want my advise to make your good into a bad. I like the arrangement of the picture and lettering better in #11 and #13. I would like to see if you can make the letters "TDB" taller in height so the top of the letters are close ot the height of the globe, i.e. the top of the letters are even with the top of globe.
OK, I really like the globe size in #13 better than #21. However, I need to put a twist into this... no pun intended after you read my request. I need to see if you can spin the globe to the west, so the East Coast of North and South America can be seen and the West Coast of Africa can be seen. Also, my request about the height of "TDB" in the last comment did not turn out the way I hoped, so don't like it, but would like to see if you could split the difference in height between #13 and #21, but want to keep the globe and falcon the same size as #13. Last, the motto "Delivering Solutions to Enhance the World" - don't like the lines at each end and would like it to stand out a bit more - to light.
Do me another favor and turn the globe in #15 to show what I was talking about doing with entry #13. This is a cultural sensitivity, but I am concerned there my be too much white for the land mass to ahve the falcon stand out.
No - we like the size fo the falcon, but I also want your creativity. One thing we want is when you look at it from afar - is to be able to recognize the falcon outline easily. I am traveling and using a smaller laptop, so I am kind of using a measuring stick of can I see it as easy on my screen as I can see when I plug it into a projector. Hope that helps.
Personally, I really liked what we had, but I am foolish if I don't listen to the input from our African partners.
P.S. I just realized i am not anything that says you updated anything or sent a messege unless I get a new design... otherwise you would have received a quicker response to your question.
Alright, conferring with one of my partners. You missed a couple things I needed you to change, but we are going back on one of the items.
First, we like #13 better in general, so stay with everything there except have only the lettering "TDB" have the same darkness as #52. However, we want to have a gradient of the green on the "TDB" lettering going from the bottom to the top from dark to light (again, using the same dark green in #52 starting from the bottom). Please ensure the lighter top is not too light.
This mssing items: Need the world/gobe to spin to the West, so we can see the East coast of North & South America and the West Coast of Africa - keep the globe and falcon the same size, but we need to see if we can see both contnents. Also, I asked if you could make the lettering for "TDB" taller, but put it between (middle - split the difference) the height of #13 and #21.
Last, we would like to see if you could lower the globe & falcon just a bit so the neck "feathering" goes a bit behind "International LLC"
Please change the motto in #57 back to the one that you had in #13 with the lines at both ends.
Submit #57 with that modification.
With that added, additionally modify #57 for a second submission where you keep the bottom of "TDB" at where it was in #13, but stretch it taller so it "splits the difference" in height of "TDB" between #13 and #21.
Like #74. Would like it if you could send two more - derivatives of #74.
1st one - leave all the same, but make the lettering for the motto a dark green vice black.
2nd one - want to look at modifying the profile the head of the falcon. This looks more like an eagle profile than a falcon. My recommendation is to look for a white falcon on the Internet - Google images. The profiles of real falons almost have a squared off head - front and back.- compaired to an eagle. I think your beak has the right effect, but that is what I would like to see if it could be captured.
Couldn't really see the difference between #78 and #75. However, lets focus on #78. The sun on the globe is going down the right path. It is difficult to see North America, so what could you do to show more definition to see thie part of the globe and not lose the effect of the sun... sun not as bright, continents not so gray? I am not sure - will leave up to you. Looks good!
On both #75 and #78... I could not see until you sent #78... it looks like you put a border line around the globe. Looks like it was part of giving definition to the Falcon... that part I like.
The best way I can describe the sun on the globe as it looks in both #75 and #78 is that it looks more like a spot light is shining on the globe. Not sure how to describe it as we are all different in how we see thing, but I am thinking make it more "natural"
P.S. look at how you had the shine on #13 and I think you will get closer to what I am talking about the sun shining. Again, my interpretation, so figured giving you an actual item to look at would be more helpful for both of us:)
I like #79 much better - thanks! Only think I would like to see is much more of a subtle transition in the areas of the globe's border that are not green. The green border there is too strong and looks like the globe has a circle around it. Can you soften the border there?
I would also like you to experiment with the lines at either end of the motto "Delivering Solutions to Enhance the World" Can you show me something that wold have some sort of scrolling... not sure what the artist name of that is so need some help there.
I really like these (#82, #83, & #84) - help me out - what is the difference between #83 & #84? Please make the logo green a bit darker and try a couple other samples for the end scrolls - maybe make them black. I will have to speak with my partners on the letter coloring change, but like the multiple ideas - thanks!
Dear CH, thank you for the feedback... The different of #83 and #84 is on #84, the outline of the falcon is a bit thinner. I will make the scroll in black also..
