I like the logo on the left and the firm name next to it. I am curious to see some other color schemes... perhaps something in greenish or burgandy tones. Also, curious about other logos. I know the "T" translates easily into a scale of justice. It needs to identify "legal" related... the scales just seem too easy. It's actually similar to my old logo.

Also, I like "Tayfel" larger than "Associates". Not interested in any "T&A" Logos. Not with the T&A being equal size anyway.
