I like the modern design, but the logo doesn't have a slogan and therefore doesn't connect the logo to our services. Having thought about it, we like the idea of something like "The X Factor for Your Business" or "Giving your business the X Factor"...
Hi Thank you for the comments, I made some adjustment on #3 . the letter X also symbolize Check sign which is represent your business which make the tax refund as much as possible.
