The symbol is a paragraph sign - here adjusted to give feeling of the infinity sign. The meaning is that "TAXBIZ" is constantly working to give you as a business the knowledge, services and resources you need in order to succeed, whether it is legal tax paragraphs, rules ore regulations that is influencing your growth possibilities.
The dot in "A" gives the viewer the sense that "TAXBIZ" is on target.
Overall well balanced, modern and unique.
My view is that a logo should, if possible; be memorable but also include an element of surprise where the viewer has to look at the logo for a while and go "hmm...". So trying to exemplify a car business by drawing a car - is by my opinion a failure since all viewers have their own idea of the concept "car". Thereby losing the real message.
