Any concept or idea mentioned in the contest brief is fair game for all designers. Bottle n the letter "A" was not mention in the brief. As we can see, I submitted this concept first (entry #14) without knowing that this is your concept, as you just wrote to me. 8 years ago jscott commented on #128 Withdrawn Hi Denzu. I heard from Lule that you contacted him. The bottle in the A was my concept. Both of you had done graphics in the T or S and I wanted to see the bottle in the A so I asked independently to see a grapphic in the A. This is not against the rules as I understand them. Also just so you know at least 3 other designers came up with this concept after the fact as well - there are numerouse submissions with the bottle in the A. Thank you! 8 years ago denzu commented on #127 Withdrawn Here it is: #128 8 years ago jscott commented on #127 Withdrawn Yes thx!! But can u do version to make label same as font color ? 8 years ago denzu commented on #104 Withdrawn Something like that? #127 Here "A" dashes are equal as on other letter lines. 8 years ago jscott commented on #104 Withdrawn and would still like to see the plain bottle #107 with the same font widening request (as I commented there and here above) thx!! 8 years ago jscott commented on #104 Withdrawn Hi - OK I get it. I like the label as the dash of the A, but would like it white with a thin dark grey outline to match the font color. And still think the font should widen a bit so that is more balanced with the bottle width (the legs of A dont have to be same width as the bottle, but should be closer/more balanced in size). Does that make sense? Thx! Love it think it is getting there. 8 years ago jscott commented on #107 Withdrawn hi thx! I think the font width needs to be more balanced with the bottle - so can you widen the font a bit and maybe make the bottle a little skinnier? but I like where this is going and I like the color! 8 years ago denzu commented on #104 Withdrawn Currently I used this horizontal line as A dash and bottle label. Bur here is just with plain bottle: #107 8 years ago jscott commented on #104 Withdrawn hi - thx for these additional! Can you do this without the horizontal line across the A - so just the green bottle uninteruppted? 8 years ago denzu commented on #98 Withdrawn Thank you for the comments. A few new variants submitted. Feedback appreciated. Thanks. 8 years ago jscott commented on #98 Withdrawn Hi! I think the bottle in a curved A works well - but I think the font still needs work. Here is our other logo (for a sister business - boutique wine shop) - www.commonvines.com. Can you try to mimic this font style and color with the dark gray, then curved A in bottle pop of green? Thx!! 8 years ago denzu commented on #45 Withdrawn Oh, a little bit sad. I feel that a few from these are the greatest work what I ever done. Its just, cause I really like logos with hidden messages and its the hardest part to find the right thing and put it to the right place. The idea in such cases much more worth to me, when logo have this "something" what makes it great and gives the meaning. My presonal favs are this one and #41 8 years ago jscott commented on #37 Withdrawn could the A be more rounded - think it is too angular? 8 years ago jscott commented on #45 Withdrawn hi thanks so much for your effort! but I prefer the original corkscrew T font and i also like the simplicity of that original one. 8 years ago denzu commented on #45 Withdrawn I wanted to creat something extra cool and was thinking of these glass and bottle elements. So here is some versions with wine glass and wine bottle, which hidden in letters. :) 8 years ago jscott commented on #33 Withdrawn yes but I think the A looks too triangular - can you play with it? thx!! 8 years ago denzu commented on #33 Withdrawn Thank you for the comments. Something like that? 8 years ago jscott commented on #26 Withdrawn could you do a variation on this but instead of a corkscrew do a different graphic like the bottle in the A or second T. think I like a bottle graphic better than corkscrew. Thx!! 8 years ago jscott commented on #14 Withdrawn I like the bottle in the A but I think adding the glass and cup in the s is too much. Can you do something with the A and bottle but I think I like a more refined font (like the one you used with the corkscrew T). Thx!! 8 years ago denzu commented on #14 Withdrawn Wine bottle, wine glass and coffee cup inside letters. 8 years ago jscott commented on #16 Withdrawn Hi - like the simplicity and moderness of this most out of the ones you submitted. Do you think you could play with the color a bit? I think this olive is too brown. Thx!! 8 years ago denzu commented on #16 Withdrawn Letter "T" gives hint to the wine, inside letter "e" hint (cup) to the coffe. 8 years ago
