#3 & #2: I love how the T is bold and strong. but i don't like how TARIK is standing out. Why don't you try:

T (Same T you used)
Tarik Property Holding (smaller under the T)
or
TPH (standing out - same idea as the T)
Tarik Poperty Holding (smaller under the TPH)
