I like this a lot. Can you show the whole word Tandem in the light blue? make the wave a little smaller (In the N). going to move this up in the placement.
can you change up the color scheme and "keep the navy" and maybe add light blue, on the "N". then show a version changing the light blue to green. both colors are popular in health care
