Nice logo! I'd prefer to incorporate the use of Spanish tile design, though.

This is definitely my favorite of your so far! Really pretty! Instead of a star, could it be a diamond or square? also, I'm not sure why everyone is using the little windows in their designs, but I would like to see something else to convey real estate.
