Just saw 236. Can that artsy flower be different colors instead of one? I really think it needs to be multi-tonal. Not a gradient, just a couple of variations of blue. Just like 234 but with the middle thick bordered section as dark as the outer edge. I'm sorry I didn't get that across more clearly in my last request.

I've been playing around in photoshop with your logo. I think I may be wrong about adding more dimension to that artsy flower shape. I think 236 just needs a different color background behind the keys. Maybe the same darker gold or a gray... not sure.

It just keeps getting better and better! Thanks for the beautiful work! Between you and me, you are miles in front of everyone else! You are the only artist who truly took in my requests in the brief and created something unique. I extended the time because there just wasn't much competition, and there still isn't. :)

I do have one challenge to make. My website header has a black background, so I need whatever logo I choose to be versatile on both a white and black background. Can you do a version of both of my favorites on a black background? Preferable all white or white and gray on a black background. Thanks again!

252 and 253... what if you reversed the gray and white parts?

256 and 257, I think the keys should be white too.

I don't think it works, do you? I think our best bet is using 137 and 138 just as they are but with a white border around them to separate them from the black background. Let me know what you think. I'm going to step back and think about them as well.

As long as the eps file I get allows me to change out the colors, it will be fine.

282 and 284 are beautiful designs! Although I would prefer to avoid a design that looks like a flower, this one is so elegant that I may make an exception. It still needs to connect to real estate, though. Another designer used a fountain to depict a Spanish courtyard. There are many other elements that can be used to give it meaning. The goal is to make it more than just a pretty design. It HAS to tie to my industry, my city or my name in some way.

I still love 149, 235 and 239, but more so 149 and 235 because they are simpler and easier to render in black and white. I just have some hesitation about the repeating keys. I don't know what the solution is, though.

297 is pretty darn cool! It incorporates a real estate element without being too literal or cliche' because it's artistic and abstract and fits in nicely with the existing elements. I really like it!

What if the little abstract homes in the new design were a bit bolder?

Client
I thought I'd explain why I would like the little homes to be bolder. The reason why I love 235 is that the key shapes are so bright and they add a beautiful brightness to the logo. More white balances out the colors a bit. If the homes were bolder, then they would hopefully bring the same balance to the logo.

I'm sorry, I just noticed the white lines in the newer logo are also thinner all around. I do prefer the original thickness better. It really brightens up the design. Thanks! I hope that's clear.

331 is great, but the white borders throughout are still thinner than they were (example: 235). I prefer the way you had them before.

The little houses look like Islamic-influenced Spanish architecture. Am I correct? It's the points at the top that make me think that. We don't see that here as much, so could you tweak them to look more like the architecture we recognize here? Examples: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/0pujnrjcqph4e8e/AAApxjq8-gXLlfE6dn-mKw4Ba?dl=0

Thanks!

371 is definitely headed in the right direction. I would like to keep the new "roof" design of the house but add back in the three archways instead of just the one OR widen the existing arch because right now, it looks like a finger. ;)

Also, please make the white outlines of the overall shape the same as 235. They are not thick enough in this design. They changed a couple of iterations backed, and I'd really like them the way they were.

Thanks!

Update #390

Client
Hi there. 407 might look more vibrant with a white outline rather than a black one. Also, how about a copper color rather than a yellow gold? The color in 390 is close to that, I think.

Thanks for the changes to the homes! They are very nice! If you think of any other ways to modify them, I welcome your ideas. This overall logo design is still my favorite of all of your other logos.

Thank you for your latest submittals! I don't think I see a difference between 467 and 468. No matter... I think this design needs additional color to define it. What do you think?

390 is still the best direction. I think I'm going to have to let 237 go because that middle flower shape is so dominant that the keys are almost unnoticeable. I really love this design in general, though! I hate to say goodbye to it. :)
