That isn't what my wife means. Remove the bars from the leaf and replace inside the leaf where the bars were with TSM. Instead of having the TSM under the leaf.

We have had a lot of feedback stating we need the TSM in the logo. The 103 design is rated first by our friends with comments "can you add the TSM" in the comments. That is what we're trying to achieve. It is also our favourite design so we are trying to figure out if it will work with the TSM or not. If not our decision will be 103 or 171/175

Still like the feel of this. trying to nail down the TSM portion somehow.

Like the grey better than the dark sales and marketing in 170. Is the TSM/leaf more compressed in this one than 170 or are we starting to see optical illusions. If it is we prefer the less compressed version.

I thing we prefer the lighter grey underneath but it's hard to tell unless it is blown up. This has received the second most votes on our survey. My wife & I like it because we may be able to use the leaf/TSM part without the Tamarah in some instances. In the end we may have to put them both in a hat and draw to pick the winner.

what we'r envisioning here is Tamarah in grey. The A in the leaf wouldn't be negative. It would be grey surrounded by a red leaf.. Is that a clearer picture?

Like the varying colours on the leaf & letters. Like the TSM in the leaf. Wife is asking to ditch checkmark. Can we try this design without the checkmark but with something else to snazz it up. differnt font, a different unique thing instead of the checkmark etc.

Wife and I are debating. If the bottom is red the checkmark likely shouldn't be red.. Maybe another colour is my thought (wife mentioned gold after some discussion), ditch the checkmark is hers. My concern with that is boxy letters surrounded by a maple leaf. The checkmark adds volume/texture in my opinion.

Any thoughts??

we like the idea this presents. It has multiple uses. we're already thinking it would be good to have this and just the TSM part as separate files, not sure if/how that works.

Like the S and M and like the idea of something outside the box. Only thing it's missing is the Canadian. Maybe an orange maple leaf instead of the leaves?
