added green to represent money/business and for some contrast and attraction. The overall concept should appear as a residential community with the "commercial" city in the background. The lights in the building should bring life to the city and a "buzz" (talk of the town).

I felt that the house at the front could use some more detail. Also made it more modern

I have now added more meaning to the logo itself. The other houses in the background would represent those mediocre houses sold by "other" realty companies. And so the style and beauty of the one done by "us" make it the "Talk of the Town".
