This is headed in the right direction :)
Can you remove the horizontal lines, and maybe put the logo in front of an oval background?
Also if the two T's can be larger, or maybe a different font so they stand out more.

This is the best so far. Can you give some more options? I don't understand the first "a" looking different from the other a's.
If you have time, try different fonts and colors and options where the T's are a lot bigger.
