It feels like the icon is too big. I like this concept too. What is the words talent & optimizer are the same color, with Group as green. Please create a version with orange color - outer edge of round shape. Also, TO in grey, Group & lines in orange, outer edge in green.

I would like to see this logo with other fonts. Also, apply green to the outer edge of the round shape.
