I was looking and scrolling here https://www.predictiveindex.com/partners/partner-directory/?_partner_value_adds=executive-coaching%2Ctalent-advisory and I see that a square layout format is better viewable than the horizontal layout, it will clearly stand out.

The square layout will also work perfectly on all social media platforms - icon+text readability at a glance.

I'm back with some updates!
what have changed:
- perfect square layout format, the logo (icon+text) can be used in any square/circle profile/photo upload space.
- a new font + all letters now capitals
- the icon have now subtle rounded corners only on the left and right corners, while the tips are still sharp, this to give a subtle touch and break a bit the repetitive corners.
- a version with green integrated into the "O" in "GROUP", only a touch of green to keep it professional looking.

I've uploaded a smaller and bigger version for each of the two versions to see how it would look reduced on a smartphone screen vs. bigger web as a whole text+icon logo.

Integrated only a hint of green in "O" in "Group" which aligns with the middle of whole logo.

Of course, the final logo will be provided in many digital formats (vector, psd, pdf, raster, transparent) + different layout lockups versions (horizontal + vertical icon placement) - all files ready to use for different situations.
The best is to tell me if you have any specific application where you wish to use the logo so I can think how the logo will work best in that situation.

For example, this very version of layout with the icon placed within the text space, it's neither horizontal nor vertical, so will look best for most applications.

But for example, if you wish to use the logo mostly in applications that uses square spaces, a more square layout of the text+icon placement will work better.

Basically this is part of branding strategy, to make all the elements work best in the situations with your specific business vision.

Just wanted to let you know that I didn't forgot about the updates, only that I've gone further in more variations based on this icon because I wasn't satisfied with how it looked with only adding green to the icon as it is, it seems to don't fit well in this very icon here as it is.

I will upload nevertheless + the new variations with little more tweaks to include the green also.

Just woke up, I will start working on the variations and markups and come back as soon as I finish with updates.

Yup, the arrow was made to look like a T, also the lower part as a G, while the whole shape look like it's optimizing.

Okay - I like the icon concept. The arrow looks kinda like a T - being launched. Would like to see the word Group with lines on each side - with words Talent Optimizer above. Icon on the left. What would it look like to add in green? On the base, the arrow, or lines on the each side of Group?
