Edit #306 - make "TALENT" small and space out the kerning of the letters. Rotate the cube of the "G" left 45 degrees.

#307 looks great. You might leave this design as is and think through a different one. After reviewing your portfolio - I really like the following styles you did: Georgia Places; Trade Maven.Ca; Imprints; FAIRA. You might try a new logo following the same style you used in these logos.
