I placed you in the top 5 because I think that you have an amazing talent. I'm not fond of logo #283 - but I am fond of your work - particularly the style you did on: Loriea Capital; Hewitt Taylor; CE - Solutions; Fond & Viner. I'll supply you with the same thing I told the other artist this morning and see if it helps come at this from a different direction:
Welcome to the top 5! After reviewing all of the entries & consulting with our team - we have come to an agreement that the logo should highlight the word INSIGHTS. That's really what we are about; looking inside of people to see what drives them and makes them unique. I want to share a document with you all that will help you grasp an understanding of what we do. Follow this link to a copy of one of our future landing pages on our sight. I think it will help you better understand what we do - and in turn - help you create a stronger logo. Good luck to you all! https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1TmQ5B5FadHMGk1Mk1NNUx3a0E/view?usp=sharing
I really like the idea of #309. Can you rework the inside of the "G Eye" to look more like an eye? Maybe add a roundness to the stem of the G - creating a cornea like element?
Ok Scott. I'm torn between you and another artist. I really like your portfolio, but this other artist is really hitting home. However, I still think you have a few cards up your sleeve. I'm ranking you #1 for a while if you would like to submitt a few more logos. If you're still in the game: Play around with the idea of mapping people. Our assessments are called I-Maps - as in "Individual Maps".
yes and thank you for the reference but I really cannot bring myself to do a Google pin for your contest. I do appreciate moving to first place to see what I can come up with I certainly was not expecting that. I have uploaded a design that may resonate with you.
I never said I wanted you to do a Google pin. I want to see where your creativity takes us - I don't plan on steering it at all. I do think you need to know that we use the term Map a lot in our assessments - but that has nothing to do with Google pins. I am curious as to why you are against it. Any particular reason you opted out even without me asking. You really have me wondering.
We are getting off on the wrong foot, I think which is the interpretation of our messages most likely me miss reading them. It would be great if we could have a real conversation too much get lost in type, unfortunate while a contest is active designers are not permitted to have conversation outside of LT....once a contest is finalized that is no longer an issue.
#389 I've rotated the icon to have the people looking up rather than down, it';s an important visual message.
Color do not need to be defined at this stage, LT designers are required to provide logo support for minor tweaks and adjustments such as color for a period of approx 2 weeks after a contest is over.
Not sure if you've had any other ideas or not - but let's do this. Rework #389 with the following colors (your choice of utilization - one color, or multiple): Blue: HEX# 61AEC5 - Green: HEX# A1C750 - Yellow: HEX# FFCE03 - Purple: HEX# 904577 - Grey: 40% - Black: HEX#000000
#396 is great! Maybe add the thought squares in with this one. BTW - lets just use Blue, Yellow, Grey, Black & White - using the HEX values I sent earlier.
#406 the more I look at it the face make up our earth land masses the woman left is north America here nose would be east coast Canada the chin to neck Florida to the Gulf of Mexico. Them Man (blue) would be Africa (neck to chin) The nose is be the Straight of Gibraltar and the eye to fore head UK...a hidden meaning of global.
