Hi, here you have some idea for your Logo. I made a combination between the "T" and "M" making a unique symbol that you can use alone too. For marketing purpose i think will be great.

#4 - can you try it with all lower case letters in "tailored" and also try just a Capital T (Tailored). I like it not so bold. I like it.

maybe try the play with the T and M and in lower case and an extremely small penguin in there somehow. #39 is the right idea but does not look professional enough
