Also, we want to stress (bold) the Tailored part. Another idea may be to have a progressively bold to less bold from Tailored - Healthcare - Staffing

Can we see a version of #133 with the letters THS in the middle of the plus? Want to see how this + may look as a favicon or as our facebook main image.
