#3 I like the idea of the T. It's very different from what the other designers have brought. It makes me think of a running track. However, it feels a little top heavy and some of the partners didn't understand it was a T. Is there a way to also add the S into the icon also?

On #3, could you make the lines on top of the T a little shorter, an make the bottom a little longer?
On the bottom part, could you make the inside lines extend a little longer than the outside ones?
