I like the direction of this one....but the TILG seems to get lost next to the other words. Maybe move it to the left or top left??

No, I LOVE the colors. Maybe try a couple different fonts, but I do like the one you chose.

Yes, I like this one but I think it separates our name. I would love to see TILG bigger on the left with our full name on the right. Something like that. And I love the colors and simplicity of this one.
