I personally liking this #146. I think it's perfect balance between the leaf and oil drop (none of them as the domination) What do you think? :) Please feel free to share your thoughts so we can discuss here and I will transform it into a perfect logo for you

yes.. my team agrees .. your #146 is the best. But I think we prefer the yellow of #3 (lighter, not as gold, more movement)
