Can you make the height of the icon, the same as the wording?

On the bottom of bar in the icon, can connect the left and open on the right side? Also add some space between "T-" and "BAR". See mark-up

Can you move "T-" a little to the left and maybe add a little space between top and bottom words (T-BAR and automation)? I know they are lined up evenly but visually, they seem off....

Maybe another version with very small rounded corners as well

On the icon, can you try removing the part that completes the "T" and extending the bent tube part to connect with the white.... Would also like to see the icon with a flat color and maybe a dark gray color in the "word automation". Thank you.
