OK, in #18 I like that you are trying to capture the process, but it's top down and back up, this looks more side to side.

in research all the pieces come together shown with variations of blue segments but a single blue in the center part to hold it together . Hope I captured the process a bit better with this version. thanks for feedback

I like #19 better, and think it has promise.

adding the arch to represent the flow of information up and down the V and adding a bit of dimension to the V. Also trying a more stylized font. thanks for feedback.
