I like the color combination of 16, I like that you incorperated the house into the logo... Idea, maybe adding another arrow to entry 14 to show business coming in and then out.. to show movement or coming together... .. I prefer the logo on the left of the name verses on top. I like 20 but the arrows are going out verses coming in. All very nice ideas.. I like :)
