I put the house under the R because putting the house under the N as per your suggested, had been produced by another designers in the earlier stage. Unless the idea was from you and that would be okay to use.

Also try to make the R and G intersection a bit more prominent.

Line before and after HIRISE IMPRESSIONS to be dotted line that implies 2 meanings.. "Tailor made" and "Bricks / Paver blocks". However this line shouldnt dominate the logo and its colors

I want to select this as a final logo. but i want you to modify the Right angle in N font and make a house look beneath it and improvise it better

Logo rationale:

The interaction between letters symbolize synergy or cooperation of knowledge and expertise to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects.

The 'E" is an image of building while N & E is an achievement of the New Era (Future).

The Green color E portrays an environmental conscious company. The three stripes also represent royalty, quality & great designs.

The slanted image from the bottom of the N symbolizes an excellent fundamental of Synergy's development project and sustain outstanding levels of performance.
