inspiration: lettermark, S, brand initial, building, development, green, eco...

abstract S lettermark incorporating a residential home element - concept of home element within the logomark gets tied back into the word "development" via the green within the logotype... very clean, modern, & professional - works well in one color or fully styled... reads/scales well to small sizes...

here are some more logo resources for your to view as well which could help with your decision in the end...

another option playing into an abstract S lettermark - this plays into the concept of "synergy" a bit more - 2 parts coming together creating a whole... thanks again for your time.

I like the chosen font for all three. Example 1&2 I like the coordination of the house element into the abstract "S". But it does seem choppy to me, whereas example 3 I like the "synergy" of the "s". I also like that color green better. Is it possible to bring more synergy to the S with the house? Will look at the additional links you provided...thanks!

HI there,

My name is Brandon, btw...

The typeface is a customized variation on Century Gothic... I can try out a few more options along the way as well but I'll focus on the mark itself for a bit...

I'll see what I can do to bring in a bit more of the vibe from #3 into the the first option... #3 does have a bit more movement, is a little more free-flowing... I understand what you mean by "choppy" - I don't necessarily think its a bad thing, some other words that also come to mind would be bold, strong, structured, masculine - all of which are typically good for a company in the construction/development industry... I'll get some more looks over based upon your feedback & we can go from there...

Thanks again for your time ;)

Thanks Brandon,
I do agree with your terms describing options 1&2 and agree that is good for the construction and development industry. I do want to play around with the idea of "synergy" though too as that has been the idea behind the company since the start. A general contractor working in synergy with homeowners, architects, and designers to deliver a dream home.

I do like the black background as well and would want look at possibly making the word development lowercase, giving more emphasis to Synergistic.

Thanks Brandon.

Looking good
- would like to see the "development" in lower case for comparison
- I like the way the color in Rank #2 stays consistent on the "outside" of the spiral(Black) whereas on Rank 1 it does not(green and black). The black is too strong though, thus ranked #2.
- I've received some feedback that possibly the logo is too masculine. Yes it is a construction/development company, but I do need to appeal to a female audience(homeowners). I am not a heavy construction company. I am willing to play with the colors to attempt to soften up as I do like the logo. THoughts?
