Hi there - I really like this design. Would rank #1 right now but can't figure out how to rank from IPad. Would like to see if it can be softened up a bit. It is very masculine which I like, but our company needs to appeal to a female audience as well. Two points which could work. 1. Play with the fonts a bit to something less hardline. Would also consider making 'development' lowercase. 2. Would like to see the same overall design in a few different color schemes. The black especially. Feel free to deviate from the green & black combo.

Thanks for doing the blue and grey. The green and black is better though. Can you play with some different greens? And some different fonts for the business name? A few options, something with more flow? Thanks
