We like #100 the most. We like the simple/iconic design. we are not fond of the type treatment. We'd prefer more emphasis on the 'topia' part of the logo. Also the font selects make the 'a' form too closely resemble a 'c' making it easy to misread this as "swimtopic' -- not what we want. Like the iconic palm logo would like to some how incorporate an element that suggests swimming or competition or at least motion/energy.
We like #101 after #100 -- don't like the placement above the "topia" -- feel it obscures the 'topia' part of the brand. Prefer this type styling over #100.
Re #102 - this one is just too busy. too much going on with the island, waves, birds and water. We DO like that it corporates motion. Like the font treatment better than #100. Prefer capitalization SwimTopia
re #103 - wish the waves were more wavy. This logos seems too "heavy".
