The better design of the cupcake in relation to the brown circle is the one where the cupcake is slightly lower that that circle. That should also be done here.

by tay should be horizontally aligned. not staggered like this, in order to balance correctly.

This design should remove the T in sweet at end, since the large pink T is filling that spot for both words. If that is achieved, this could be a nice logo.
